En route vers Papier/On the way to Papier –  Augmented reality exhibition

Exclusive premiere on the AGAC Collectionner app

Online starting September 30, 2021

Quebec City, September 30, 2021 – Fall 2021 will be eventful for Galerie.a and its artists. For the first time, two leading Canadian contemporary art fairs, ArtTo (Toronto) and Papier (Montreal), will take place within few weeks of each other, in October and November, 2021.

As this special cultural season approaches, artists have been busy creating new series. Galerie.a will be honouring these new works by presenting En route vers Papier/ On the way to Papier, an augmented reality exhibition available on the AGAC’s Collectionner app.

10 artists, 50 new works

En route vers Papier/ On the way to Papier features work by Antoine Lortie, Carlos Ste-Marie, Émilie Bernard, Ève Cadieux, Florence Leblanc, Isabelle Demers, Julie Picard, Luca Fortin, Nathalie Thibault, and Tanya Morand.

View exhibited art on your own walls, at your convenience

The app provides a brand-new exhibition experience: use augmented reality to see how the exhibited artworks would look on your own walls. Collecting art is an easier process when you have the power to see how the artworks you may purchase will fit into your home.
